Edinex I

This is the 1951 model of the Edinex I with top house that incorporates both a viewfinder and acessory shoe. The camera pictured has a Schneider - Kreuznach Radionar 50mm f2.9 lens in a Prontor-S shutter with speeds of B, 1, 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100 and 300. The lens has a focusing scale and focusing is done by the zone method. The lens retracts into the body, and the lens must be extended for the shutter to fire.
